EYW Africa (Empowering Young Warriors Africa) is a UK-registered charity. We also operate programmes in Kenya through our local delivery partners.

You may browse, link to, and share content from eywafrica.org for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting infrastructure.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
• Upload or transmit material that contains viruses or other harmful code.

Donations and purchases are processed on our sister platform spark.eywafrica.org, which is governed by its own terms of service and payment terms. Spark uses Stripe to handle payments; we never see or store your card details.

Donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear error — contact us within 14 days at eyw@eywafrica.org.

All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, the EYW Africa name and logo, the warrior icon, and the visual identity — is owned by or licensed to EYW Africa. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.

Photography of programme participants is published with informed consent. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email eyw@eywafrica.org.
